taylor1293 Posted July 8, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2015 I read on another thread that someone who pre-ordered the $2.99 bottled water didn't receive it in their cabin. Even when they presented Guest Services with the receipt they wouldn't fill their order. Has anyone else not received their water in their cabin? lottsomom Posted July 8, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2015 We sailed on the Breeze on June 20th and I had preordered our water and received it in our cabin on the first night. No problem.
Vitamin_Sea Posted July 8, 2015 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Just off Splendor today. The 12pk of water was in the room before I got there! no problem

Banks822 Posted July 8, 2015 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2015 I was on the Breeze in June. Ours didn't come the 1st day so I called guest services to check on it and it was delivered by lunch time on day 2.
pe4all Posted July 8, 2015 #6 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Just off Liberty. I had pre-ordered two twelve packs. There was one twenty-four pack waiting in cabin when we arrived.

bjinouno Posted July 8, 2015 #8 Share Posted July 8, 2015 The question is has anyone had ISSUES. I guess there would be NO remarks here than, since so far everyone who has ordered, recieved it in their cabins, when they requested when they wanted it delivered... and YES the water is bottled water in a sealed bottle, No sicknesses reported from the water, So I guess NO ISSUES MY case on the Splendor last weak was waiting for us! BallFour4 Posted July 8, 2015 #9 Share Posted July 8, 2015 (edited) The question is has anyone had ISSUES. Thanks Alex, I'll take ALL CAPS for $500. Ya think this is a "fishing" question from someone that hasn't let go of the no bottles allowed policy? Nah... . Ya think this is a "fishing" question from someone that hasn't let go of the no bottles allowed policy? Nah... . Actually, no, I prefer not to carry my water on. It's a PITA. I was the person who posted the original question. Some other poster stressed the word issues.
taylor1293 Posted July 8, 2015 Author #12 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Thanks for all the responses. It sounds like we shouldn't have a problem.
vwrestler171 Posted July 8, 2015 #13 Share Posted July 8, 2015 I normally don't even bring water onboard, but having it available for that cheap in resealable bottles, now I can take one with me around the ship and probably won't buy as many drinks. TNDeb Posted July 8, 2015 #14 Share Posted July 8, 2015 The question is has anyone had ISSUES. My only ISSUE was I wish I'd ordered 3 12-packs instead of 2.
Sweet Dutch Girl Posted July 8, 2015 #15 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Maybe it would be nice if someone posted how to order the water once onboard and when it is delivered.
SeeBurd Posted July 8, 2015 #16 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Maybe it would be nice if someone posted how to order the water once onboard and when it is delivered. If you order it on board, the price jumps to $4.99.
Rare jimbo5544 Posted July 8, 2015 #17 Share Posted July 8, 2015 The question is has anyone had ISSUES. ....and it is being answered. When people say they received it means there is not an issue as the OP described.
Rare sid_9169 Posted July 8, 2015 #18 Share Posted July 8, 2015 On Saturday I placed an order for a case of water from the fun shops (online) I did not receive an email confirmation. I decide to wait a couple of days to see if the charge showed up on my credit card. I called Carnival today and the customer service rep said they did not see the purchase. So, I guess this qualifies as "issues with fun shop purchases"...

RuthlessBoss Posted July 8, 2015 #20 Share Posted July 8, 2015 The question is has anyone had ISSUES. Technically you are right:D That's what the title said, it did not ask about delivery. An "issue" could have been the water was cloudy, the caps were not tight, the date was expired.

Even when they presented Guest Services with the receipt they wouldn't fill their order. Has anyone else not received their water in their cabin? I am not sure I would totally believe this. I find it hard to believe that GS would tell someone too bad when they show a receipt and they did not receive their water. Curious, where did you read this? We pre-ordered 4 12 packs for 2 cabins. My DH was so happy he did not have to lug on our water and my parents! As for the brand, it will probably have the Carnival label on it so no one will really know what brand it is. However, it has been speculated that since Carnival uses Coke, the water might be Dasani.
