USB charging

Do you not think its about time cruise ships started installing some sort of USB charging ports in the cabins -or maybe they do,anyone know?

I think it's a great idea but I've not seen any in the cabins. I've never really looked though.

All that re-wiring? No to retrofitting but maybe ok for the two new builds.

 

Meanwhile my cube works just fine.

Anthem and Quantum of the Seas have USB ports at the vanity desk. Those are the first two ships I´ve seen having USB ports for charging.

 

But I´m pretty sure that the new builts for X will have that too.

I've heard of a trick that you can try...check the TV set for USB ports. Many of the newer sets have them. You can plug your device into that if it's available.

I just checked my TV, and there are 3 unused USB ports, and they worked fine for charging.

Yes this does work. OR your cousin's laptop or the iLounge.
