joellebridgers Posted July 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Lots of talk about decorating doors. So what ships have metal doors and what ships do not? Anyone know which kind of doors the Splendor has??

Anyone know which kind of doors the Splendor has?? I did a search and found an old post that said they are NOT magnetic. Seems like sticky putty is recommended. Have fun! :)

cntrydncr1 Posted July 23, 2015 #7 Share Posted July 23, 2015 (edited) I used a magnet on the Glory to attach my door sign so it must be metal. Can't remember if I put up a sign on the Splendor before but I guess I'll need to know this for sure as I plan to put up a sign in November. beachbum53 Posted July 23, 2015 #8 Share Posted July 23, 2015 We use poster putty, a.k.a. Fun Tack. It's easy to use, easy to remove, doesn't leave a residue, and won't harm painted surfaces. Never have to wonder or worry if the doors are metal or wood. ;)
JillySue Posted July 23, 2015 #9 Share Posted July 23, 2015 I use command adhesive. Works great and I get it at Costco.

Yes they come off....the command poster strips come of even easier. Honestly I haven't done a lot of decorating, but I would like to do something fun this time around! Plus it's so much easier trying to find your room after a few adult beverages! Lol!
