Gardyloo2 Posted July 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2015 Lately my DH has been drinking non-alcoholic Ginger Beer as opposed to regular beer. GB is different from Ginger ale, which is usually sweeter. Has anyone seen Ginger Beer on Celebrity?
pandj24 Posted July 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2015 On the Equinox in March, we had no problem finding Gosling's Ginger Beer at various bars. If you are looking for a cocktail, try a Moscow Mule or a Dark and Stormy with Gosling's! Cheers!!!

Just make sure they make it with Ginger Beer, not Ginger Ale  !!

nngardener Posted July 29, 2015 #8 Share Posted July 29, 2015 I did not know that there was an alcoholic Ginger Beer? I didn't either until just the other day. Was trying to find the non-alcoholic ginger beer and ran across the alcoholic version. I think the brand was Crabbie. That was a surprise. I started loving ginger beer (non-alcoholic) on the Molecular Bar because it was one element of my favorite drink there: the Kentucky Derby. I've been trying to make them myself ever since I came home.

Pat&Paul Posted July 29, 2015 #12 Share Posted July 29, 2015 So the brand that is carried on Celebrity has booze in it or not? If not, is it covered by the premium non booze package like other sparkling beverages? Pat
Yorkshire-Pudding Posted July 29, 2015 #13 Share Posted July 29, 2015 (edited) I got a non alcoholic ginger beer that came in a can last week on Eclipse and I had the premium alcohol package. I cannot think of any reason why with your package you would not be able to. Edited July 29, 2015 by Yorkshire-Pudding
Hapytocruise Posted July 30, 2015 #14 Share Posted July 30, 2015 You can never really count on ship stores, we have been on cruises where they ran out of tomato juice??? To be safe you might consider bringing on a case (no issues if non-alcoholic). Slap a luggage tag on it and it will be delivered to your cabin. pandj24 Posted July 30, 2015 #15 Share Posted July 30, 2015 Gosling's is non-alcoholic - until the bartender adds the booze to make a Moscow Mule or Dark and Stormy :-)

archerniak Posted July 30, 2015 #17 Share Posted July 30, 2015 Gosling's is non-alcoholic - until the bartender adds the booze to make a Moscow Mule or Dark and Stormy :-) I remember having a Dark & Stormy on Celebrity. Would definitely think you would have absolutely not problem getting ginger beer on the Summit to Bermuda. I'll be on Infinity is several weeks and will now remember to look forward to both the Moscow Mule and a Dark & Stormy - both are my favorite drinks.
