Help w/Cheers Program with new drink prices

We have purchased the program in the past and loved it since we were always able to upgrade our alcohol to premium, i.e., grey goose & patron, in the cocktails. Was wondering with the new drink prices if this was still an option? For example, the margaritas were $8.75 and with the patron the price only went to $9.75 which was under the cheers price cap. We also were able to do this with our cosmos/martinis but not sure now if it would still fall below $10. It's nice not to have surprises after paying for the program! I'd really appreciate some advice.
