VHS or DVD?

I last sailed aboard the Mariner in March 2004, and at the time,

the video library was ALL VHS tapes and the in-room electronic

player was a VHS tape player.

 

I have heard they have replaced everything with DVD's and DVD's players

in all the suites. Can anyone verify this for me?

 

The RSSC website and my latest brochure for my cruise still say only

VCR tape player and make no mention of DVD.

I can not answer your question, BUT I was on the Mariner in Feb and I really enjoyed the VHS selection. Now if they have gone to DVD, they could have twice as many movies.... :cool::cool:

By June,they had converted to DVD and had a nice DVD library available.
