Pride of America deck cam shows it at dock in Hilo, Big Island, Hawaii. The cruise itinerary puts it at Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai.

Anyone know how come. How is this cruise weeks itinerary messed up?

I'm guessing weather and sea conditions.

Tropical Storm Erika

Norwegian Cruise Line continues to closely monitor the path of Tropical Storm Erika. Due to the westward track of the storm's path, Norwegian Gem and Norwegian Getaway will return to their originally scheduled itineraries. Norwegian Sky will sail a revised itinerary‎ for the cruise that departed on August 28, calling in Nassau, Bahamas on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Freeport, Bahamas on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.‎ Norwegian Sky's cruise on Monday, August 31 will depart as scheduled. We continue to monitor the storm's movement and will share any further updates as they become available.

 

Due to Hurricane Ignacio in the Pacific, Pride of America's itinerary for the cruise departing on August 29 has been adjusted to call on Nawiliwili on Sunday where the ship will overnight, followed by Hilo on Wednesday, Kahului on Thursday where the ship will overnight and returning to Honolulu on Saturday.

 

We thank our guests for their understanding while we make these adjustments to ensure they have the best vacation experience.
