I really don't want to be making international phone calls to sort out a problem! I have just received TWO "do not reply to" emails from HAL, one cancelling shore excursions, and the other canceling Dining reservations...."because we have cancelled our booking"?? The App says that I've checked in but doesn't show me any shore excursions. When I try the website hollandamerica.com.au it doesn't take me there, but to the American site. The Australian website is https://www.hollandamerica.com/en/au Hope you can have your query resolved. Which sailing is your booking for? Maybe it's too early for shore excursions to be available?
