While I don't know specific to alcohol, I can tell you that they added the 15% gratuity to the 12 pk water we ordered from room service onboard, so my guess would be yes.

Yes they will. I have pre ordered two bottles for the room. Guest services said we can order more when we get on the ship through room service, but they will charge 15% to the cost. Hope this helps.

Precruise orders - no gratuities. Onboard orders will have the gratuity. Buy it before you go and you won't have to pay the extra gratuities.

Not pre cruise. Some people in our group though they could buy onboard and get around sales tax. I said it might cost more so I asked here
