Sherrie, I see on your docs that Radiance's concierge was supposed to be done with RCI Aug 9th. We sail on Radiance Aug 30 so I'll find out who the CL and DL concierge's are and for how long.

Yes, on most sailings if it is still called a CL.  On most of the larger ships the name of the lounge was change to Suite Lounge of SL.  On some sailings that have large numbers of Pinnacles even if is still called CL access may be restricted for that voyage.  That has become common on some repos and TA's.

Thanks Karen.  Like you I depend on people posting information after they sail.

I think Checker is ready to go on vacation with Mohammed moving to the SL from the DL.  That's what I have on the Google Doc.  My guess is that Aline Perez De Araujo will then be in the DL.  We sail on 9-1-2019 so I'm very curious.  

Any updates from those who recently sailed on HM would be greatly appreciated.

Got off Spectrum a couple weeks ago. The concierges in the Gold Lounge were Ellen, Romana, and Silvia and they were all great. I was also surprised to see a concierge in the terminal personally assisting Golden Suite guests check in. They personally escorted us off the ship at the ports of call in Japan and also for disembarkation all the way through to immigration which was great. The Golden Suite Class in China with the Suite Club on Spectrum was just amazing and so different to RSC.

Is the Gold Lounge the same as the Diamond Lounge on other ships or is it the same as the Suite Lounge?

Because there aren't a lot of CAS members in China, the Gold Lounge is the 'suite' lounge not necessarily for GS and above, but for the Gold Suites which include a couple balcony cabins and JS with full suite perks and the Silver Lounge is for all normal Silver JS and Diamond and above CAS members but I don't think there is a concierge for the Silver Lounge.

I think JJ is still on leave. She usually posts on social media when she gets another contract and hasn't done so. Fingers crossed she does go back to Serenade as we're on later in the year and she is fantastic.

We just found out yesterday our RoyalUp bid on a GS was accepted & we sail on Sunday & they put us in a 2BR GS #9244 on the Allure. I’m guessing this is too short notice to get an email from the concierge?

Elaine Santana is now the DL Concierge on Harmony.  I updated the Google Doc.  I thought she was starting on Sunday -- 8-25-2019 but it looks like she has embarked and relieved Gavin from Guest Relations who doing an excellent job.  She will be our Concierge for our 9-1-2019 cruise.  Updated the Google Doc
