Just curious -- are you in a full suite?

You're right -- nothing is in on the Google Doc about the DL on Harmony. Could someone please give me information so that I can fill in the empty space on the spreadsheet.

 

Sherri - when we disembarked Harmony on August 28th, Mohammed was in the Diamond Lounge, I believe it was his first cruise in there (21-28 August) after moving from Guest Services. He is excellent and extremely personable. Raj and Nancy were in the Suite Lounge. I have Mohammed's card with his last name on somewhere amongst my tickets but still traveling at the moment, so will try and find it and post back.

We are on the 12/8 sailing and Felix should be back from vacation at that time. He is a great concierge.

Just got off of the Grandeur on Thursday and here is the current information on the concierges.

 

Francis Calimag left for a 6 week vacation. Gisleni Araujo moved to the Concierge Lounge while her fiance Joan Sanchez is in the Diamond Lounge. Also Inna Tsyrfa has been transferred to the Jewel.
