Lovincruisin1321 Posted December 6, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2015 We have a tour schedule in Nice with another group. We tender in at 9:00am and the tour is scheduled for 9:30am. This is the problem: The other group is an "Elite" status and can tender off the ship first. We are not and will have to wait. It's a pecking order. There is no way we can make the 9:30am tour. I called Celebrity and they suggested that I speak with Guest Relations when we board and see if they will allow us to tender with our group that is "Elite". There is no guarantee they will accommodate our request. Has anyone tried to work with Guest Relations on a tendering request? The other Elite group is not willing to wait until 10:00am for us and delay the tour even though it is only a half hour.
Wine-O Posted December 6, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2015 Tendering goes very fast in Villafranche since they use commercial tenders holding 150-200 pax at a time. I would recommend getting in line with the other folks on your tour. If they ask for your tender pass (which I doubt they will), just tell them you are with "them" -- pointing to the folks you are tendering with. You shouldn't have a problem. CathyCruises Posted December 6, 2015 #3 Share Posted December 6, 2015 Yes, just line up with them. It won't be an issue.

I would book another tour as it sounds like they would not be the kind of people I would want to be with if they cant wait just another 30 mins Edited December 6, 2015 by hobbsie65
