Bringing wine on board

I'm afraid it'll break in my checked bags —*can one bring wine aboard in their carry on?

Yes (carry-on), 2 per cabin.

 

Last cruise we brought it on in a plastic bag to make it even easier for the security agent.

Leave your checked bags with the porters. Carry your bottles of wine onto the ship. I have carried just wine in my hands when entering a ship a number of times.

Putting it in your checked bags used to be forbidden because of breakage. you are supposed to carry it on. can also carry on all the bottled water, "cokes" or whatever soda, flavored waters etc.

 

Wonder if N/A beer is considered beer or water?

I put our wine in my back pack. Easy to haul it around while exploring the ship waiting for the cabins to open.
