That is the wrist band. It went up a while ago. From the website http://www.paradise-beach-cozumel.com/team-post/fun-pass/ $3 is for lounger and then they ask for food and beverage minimum. I have always wanted to go here because there's a lot of talk about this place and I wanted to get the experience and be able to do a review on it.
