"Open Table" in Panama City?

I'll be honest, I really don't know what Open Table is in either a US or Panama version. If you are looking to make reservations at a restaurant, it really won't be hard to find an English speaker, English is widely spoken, particularly in the commercial sector. While it might not be the first person you speak to on the phone, that's where your Spanish can get you through to the next person.
