Running routes from Italian port stops

Hi all.

Does anyone have any suggestions on good running routes at any of the European port stops for NCL?

Specifically; Cagliari, Sardinia; Palermo, Sicily ; Naples, Italy ; Civitavecchia, Italy ; Naples, Italy ; Livorno, Italy ; Palma, Majorca.

 

Something that's maybe a 10k round trip from the port dock ideally.

 

I am in particular looking for recommendations for routes which have beautiful scenery.

You can also see if any routes pop up on mapmyrun.com. When looking for hotels on land trips I usually try to find one near some decent running, so I'll consult that website.
