ChiefBoats Posted January 7, 2016 #26 Share Posted January 7, 2016 (edited) We were on the Caribbean Princess the week after Thanksgiving and although the always available menu was the Curtis Stone items you could still get the fettucine alfredo. I had it as an appetizer at least three times. ____________________________________ Island Princess 2008 Alaska, Island Princess 2009 (B2B) Alaska, Royal Princess (Old) 2010 Alaska, Golden Princess 2011 Alaska, Coral Princess 2012 Panama Canal, Star Princess 2012 Alaska, Island Princess 2013 Alaska, Crown Princess 2013 Western Caribbean, Caribbean Princess 2013 Western Caribbean, Royal Princess 2014 Eastern Caribbean, Royal Princess 2014 New England, Emerald Princess 2014 Western Caribbean, Emerald Princess 2015 Western Caribbean, Ruby Princess 2015 Alaska, Caribbean Princess 2015 Western Caribbean Edited January 7, 2016 by ChiefBoats
cruzsnooze Posted January 7, 2016 #27 Share Posted January 7, 2016 The fancier they get with fennel. endive foam, curry and such , the more I dislike the menu. Spices can hide the real flavor of a dish. I won't be trying Share, menu doesn't appeal to me nor does the price.
reedprincess Posted January 7, 2016 #28 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Fettuccine Alfredo was Available every night as both appetizer and full size with parmesan basket on Island Princess 15-night Canal transit Dec 20-Jan 4. Hubby had it each and every night as did two others at the table. The "always available" items also included country chicken, Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail. Did not have beef medallions, burger which changed nightly (the Oscars burger was great!), did not have salmon nightly, but was on the menu rotation a fee nights. Our table seemed quite pleased with the menu overall as all 4 couples were there every night except two (once when we tried Bayou and once when another couple tried Sabatinis). So, 13 out of 15 nights had all 4 couples and all 4 apparently enjoyed the various options....no one went hungry, that's for sure....
