Kikkycat Posted January 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2016 I can let you know one week from today, but Jewel in November held the muster at 8pm, after sunset.

Ken at the beach Posted January 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 9, 2016 (edited) Which ship? Assuming Adventure since they list that in the thread title. Edited January 9, 2016 by Ourusualbeach
chengkp75 Posted January 9, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Hoping for an ac lounge or dining room! As I answered in more detail to your thread on the general question forum, muster station locations rarely, if ever, change over the life of the vessel. If they were outside before, they are outside now.
mo&fran Posted January 9, 2016 #7 Share Posted January 9, 2016 We cruised Explorer of the seas a number of times in the winter out of Bayonne, and the only time they moved the muster station was during close to blizzard conditions and the outside decks were too icy. BTW, this was the infamous Noro cruise that got cut short due to the outbreak and we had to return to Bayonne for the ship to be cleaned.
wants2cruise2 Posted January 9, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 9, 2016 was on her in Oct. the short answer is yes. It is still outside.
katydyd Posted January 9, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 9, 2016 I was on the Adventure in July and was in the dining room. So, I guess it probably depends on your muster station. No, I don't remember what number I was.
imapost2003 Posted January 9, 2016 #10 Share Posted January 9, 2016 Outside, and fairly long due to several languages being present. They did host them in the evening and i dont recall it being overly hot. Bring a drink and just enjoy being on vacation.

rummenroman Posted January 10, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 10, 2016 Bring a drink and just enjoy being on vacation. Be careful with that advise. The last few cruises I have been on I have seen emergency staff taking drinks away from people. There is a rule of no drinks during muster. TravelinGert Posted January 10, 2016 #13 Share Posted January 10, 2016 (edited) Last cruise I was on I saw them having to ask people to put their phone away during the muster drill announcements. One woman flat out ignored him until he put his hand between her and the phone. With all that he didn't have time to say anything to the people eating and drinking in the rear. When I was on the Quantum, they directed us to all get drinks and food and get settled in Sorrentos. A crew member stood in front of us and talked to us, then we listemed to a brief announcement from the captain, and that was it. Edited January 10, 2016 by TravelinGert I can too spell. Really I can. TigerLady Posted January 11, 2016 #14 Share Posted January 11, 2016 Hoping for an ac lounge or dining room! For us, it has always depended on where the muster station was, or if you were handicapped..
