ellie1145 Posted January 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Is it possible for Brits to book a cruise out of Australia using an Australian TA rather than a British TA?
Royalty X Posted January 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2016 (edited) Yes, but you would need to book in AUD and the pricing may be different to what is available over there. Edited January 26, 2016 by Royalty X
The_Big_M Posted January 26, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Yes, as above. Different TAs may be more or less receptive though, so probably best to sound a few out.

Pushka Posted January 26, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Id be booking with a US TA. They let you cancel for free.
Aus Traveller Posted January 26, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Id be booking with a US TA. They let you cancel for free. From what I have seen, the TA's terms on cancelling vary from TA to TA. I wouldn't book with a TA that had a heavy for penalty for cancelling. I wouldn't book, planning to cancel, but things can happen. I don't mind if they say $50 penalty to cancel, but not the heavy fee that a TA (not the best in the West) has in their T&Cs.
