wepacktoomuch Posted February 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Looking for info on this cabin and mostly re the balcony. Also, being an adjoining cabin-any noise issues because of adjoining door? Thanks.

az_tchr Posted February 21, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2016 The nearby cabin note that it is on a very quiet hallway. Same info from another cabin site at my TA.
Flybear Posted February 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2016 Also, being an adjoining cabin-any noise issues because of adjoining door? Thanks. Because of the unique way that the rooms adjoin, any issues with noise will be the same as a non-adjoining room. Each cabin has a regular entry door...... the adjoining rooms have an extra set of front entry doors that swing out from the entry to form a common entry to the two cabins. If the doors are not adjoined, then each cabin is just a normal cabin with a normal entry. There is no door inside the cabin that leads to the other. Have no fear....... you'll have no problems! Wine-O Posted February 22, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 22, 2016 Looking for info on this cabin and mostly re the balcony. Also, being an adjoining cabin-any noise issues because of adjoining door? Thanks. Since you are on the angle, you will have a larger balcony than a normal CC stateroom. You can probably get 4 people out there comfortably for cocktails. With regard to connecting cabin, the connection is made out in the passageway. Reflection is the only S-Class ship that connects in the bulkhead inside the stateroom across from the bathroom. The only difference between a connecting and non-connecting stateroom is the stateroom door in a connecting cabin opens into the stateroom whereas a non-connecting stateroom door opens out into the alcove. The only issue I found with a connecting stateroom is the door opening into the cabin -- if someone is in the bathroom and leaves the door open when you enter the stateroom, the doors clang with each other. Have a great cruise and enjoy your large balcony.
