Building on hill near Willemstad? Isa?

Hi- In many photos of Punda, there is a large building, on a hill, to the back and right which has a cell tower and a gray fortress like structure in front.

Have tried to find it on Google- but couldn't.

 

The building is in the photo of Royal Caribbean's Curacao port page. Not sure if I can post it here.

 

Does anyone know what it might be? Isa?

 

I lived in Curacao and have been there many times, but couldn't identify it.

Is it Fort Nassau?

Don't think it is Fort Nassau. It seems to be to the right of Fort Nassau on Google maps.

It is a big house-like building.

As it has a cell tower, we were wondering if it could be Coast Guard?

Have discovered that the fort like structure is a separate building and the taller structure is near the yacht marina.
