In three weeks we will be on our second Diamond cruise, this time to ALASKA. Hope the waiting goes just a bit quicker than it has in the week we have been off of her.

Hey MRF:

We're leaving for Alaska on the 29th. Be sure to let all of us know how you enjoyed your trip when you get back. We live in Portland, Oregon, so for a change we can drive up to Seattle. Very anxious. Have a wonderful cruise.

We're in Seattle and are anxiously awaiting her arrival. Will try to get out and take some pics when she arrives..we can see the dock from near our house in West Seattle across the harbor!! And next Saturday we'll be looking at her from Safeco Field baseball stadium....the arrival of the Sapphire is what we're really waiting for...we're on the Aug 22 cruise on the SP.

We were on the 3/13 inaugural and will be sailing on her again in August to Alaska. We ate dinner last night at the Ports of Call Restaurant in San Pedro, just so we could see her sail out of the harbor. She looked awesome... made me a little sad we weren't aboard!

We would have been aboard this repositioning cruise except that we were here in San Pedro at the first Los Angeles Harbor International Film Festival, which was fantastic. Still planning our next cruise . . . looking at Panama Canal or Hawaii.
