Tisha49 Posted April 5, 2016 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2016 I have only been on one cruise, in 2009, on Royal Caribbean. It was a 7 day cruise and we were on the largest cruise ship at the time. We are now interested in taking an extended family vacation over Christmas, and everyone has different financial limits. Royal Caribbean is out, Celebrity about the same price. The one cruise that seems to fit into the dates we want and price is Carnival Victory. We will be a group of college kids, parents and one set of grandparents. What are you opinions about this ship in general? Thanks

Jenn1974 Posted April 5, 2016 #4 Share Posted April 5, 2016 I love the Victory. The staff is so friendly. I really think it is a great ship. It isn't too small and it isn't too big. I cruised on Victory in January and am going again in October. Same cabin even.

happy cruzin Posted April 5, 2016 #6 Share Posted April 5, 2016 I love the Victory. The staff is so friendly. I really think it is a great ship. It isn't too small and it isn't too big. I cruised on Victory in January and am going again in October. Same cabin even. We too loved the Victory! Recently had a few upgrades - it's a nice size and would have activities for each age group. Carnival is a great choice when you've multiple age groups traveling - IMO.
