What I've heard is that it is served with a waiter in courses, just as it you were in the dining room except on your balcony -- correct??

I just don't see the need for the waiter. Just order room service, tip the guy, and do your own set up and serving for a lot less!!

It seems like another revenue making plan to me.

There is a similiar post going, which I also replied to. The night before my hubby's birthday, we wanted to stay in and order room service. We ordered two full lobster dinners, did not have to pay $50/pp, and it was simply delicious! Tipped the delivery guy, and that was it. (And it wasn't formal night either. Some folks were saying lobster is only served on formal night.) [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
