Pre-Cruise Hotel

Could anyone tell me what hotels Princess uses for Western Caribbean cruise out of Galveston 2005.We would like to go in couple days prior.

There are no hotels for Galveston listed in my Princess brochure. My suggestion would be to stay somewhere around the Houston Hobby airport as it is only about 30 minutes to the port from there.

I saw a recent brochure and one hotel listed for Galveston was the Hotel Galvez. They use another one too but I don't remember which one it was.

 

Unless I am confusing it with an RCL brochure....

I don't know what hotels Princess uses but I recommend the Harbor House Hotel. It is right next to the cruise terminal and there are restaurants nearby. I have stayed there the past two years when sailing on Rhapsody of the Seas and have been happy with it. This last year we had a room at the end of the pier and we were able to watch the ships pull in to port, very early in the am.
