Clearing USA Customs

Are most airports where you clear USA immigration now using kiosks.

On our last few flights returning to the USA we have cleared at our regional airport but we don't have too many international flights and we do have the kiosks.

Yesterday we cleared USA immigration and customs in Vancouver and also used the kiosks.

I was just curious as to whether most or all airports are now using the kiosk.

Does anyone have a list of ship ports using the kiosk for customs? I have just gotten my TSA precheck and Known Traveler card. From more experienced users how does it work coming off a ship? I am sailing on MS Rotterdam from Rotterdam to Boston with 3 stops in Canada. What will my Known Traveler card procedure be when arriving in Boston and when arriving in Canada?

Hoping for shorter lines and smiling faces! (Though I never smile upon leaving the ship for the last time of a trip :( )

Only one USA port that I am aware of currently accepts Global Entry. Not Pre TSA approv, but Global Entry and that is Port Everglades. They do not have a kiosk though.

If you are arriving to Canada just on the ship your card would do nothing and is unnecessary and when you arrive back to Boston via cruise ship there is no Global Entry there.
