Xspeed Boat Xcursion

Has anyone done this excursion thorugh RCI or any cruise line for that matter? I'm looking for opinions about what you thought of it. How many people can go in one boat? What does the traditional Mexican lunch & refreshments consist of? How long is the ride to the area where you go boating?

My family is interested in this excursion but I'm afraid it's just going to be a lot of little boats tamely in a row. Has anyone else taken this one?

We are going on the March 4th cruise and I already booked the excursion, but I can't find anyone that has written about it. I sure hope it's good.
