Amber Cove drinking age?

I know the age in the DR is 18, but what about Amber Cove as it's owned by Carnival, no? My son is 19 and wondering if he can get a drink while in Amber Cove?

 

Also, anyone know about Margaritaville in Grand Turk? I assume Jack's Shack he can but what about Margaritaville?

He will be Ok at Jack's Shack but not at Margaritaville. I am interested in a response on Amber Cove as well. We will be there next week and my daughter is three weeks away from her 21st birthday which she is a little bitter about since she has been legally drinking in Canada since she was 19.
