Rare Von & John Posted July 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Good Afternoon -- Does anyone know if the following rooms have the large ocean view windows on the Connie? 3136 / 3138 / 3140 I know some in this hallway do, from when the Conference Rooms were changed to guest rooms. Hoping these rooms do - but cannot find any info on the M Class Guest room thread. Thanks for the assistance!!

fleckle Posted July 1, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Photo of 3138 by gimletgal. Should be the same on all the M-class ships.
Wine-O Posted July 1, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Good Afternoon -- Does anyone know if the following rooms have the large ocean view windows on the Connie? 3136 / 3138 / 3140 I know some in this hallway do, from when the Conference Rooms were changed to guest rooms. Hoping these rooms do - but cannot find any info on the M Class Guest room thread. Thanks for the assistance!! Of those staterooms listed, 3140 would be the least desirable because it sits right at the entrance where you walk from the elevators facing 3140 stateroom door to enter into that passageway. If you are coming out of your stateroom, as soon as you open the door, anyone in the vicinity of entering the passageway would be able to see directly into the stateroom. Rare Von & John Posted July 1, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Thanks All -- We are thinking of going w/ OV this next time - Value is fabulous as compared to Balcony/Concierge/Aqua on the cruise we are looking at, plus, plus, plus, plus!!!! And if it was one of these rooms - the view would be that much better!
The BarCarres Posted July 1, 2016 #6 Share Posted July 1, 2016 We were in 3136 on the Infinity and as pictured above it was a lovely large window. Room was small but the window made up for it. Joanne
Rare Kristal Blade Posted July 1, 2016 #7 Share Posted July 1, 2016 We were in 3144 on a b2b on Millennium, it was terrific. I think layout is different on this ship? But we had huge circular window, nice quiet location and would return there anytime.

It's in a great out of the way location. There's a storage closet and deep sink in that area, but we never heard a think from inside out stateroom. Cruise a holic Posted July 1, 2016 #9 Share Posted July 1, 2016 (edited) You are correct about the value, but the size of the cabin is 170 square feet vs. 194 square feet for cc or aqua. If you do not mind the size, a good deal. On the S class ships regular bal and cc or aqua same size, ocean view 175 square feet. Would a guarantee balcony cabin be a good cost effective alternative? While the regular balcony cabins are also 170 square feet, the balcony gives you extra space to move about. Enjoy your cruise. stpointer Posted July 1, 2016 #10 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Do all OV's on the Connie have that large a window or is it just a select few?
Jem 12 Posted July 1, 2016 #11 Share Posted July 1, 2016 We had room 3140 on the Constellation in May 16. It was very quiet well located for lifts and stairs, lovely big window, because these cabins are later additions the aircon is a more modern control. We were very happy with this cabin. WestLakeGirl Posted July 1, 2016 #12 Share Posted July 1, 2016 Those extra large windows can only be found in the rooms in that hallway, not the other ocean view rooms. These special rooms were made when th area which had Been conference rooms was converted to staterooms
