bsharynu Posted July 6, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2016 Is it easy to find a taxi from Coki beach back to the ship (or downtown if we want to shop on the way back) or do we need to ask our taxi driver to come back for us at a certain time? Rare mitsugirly Posted July 8, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2016 There's plenty of taxi's but we found when we went there that the taxi van driver that took us ask when we'd like to leave and then came back and got us too. That made it nice. :)
Ms411 Posted July 8, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 8, 2016 If you want more flexibility, don't ask driver to come back for you. There is a taxi dispatch at Coki who will direct you to the next waiting taxi. The dispatch area is on the entry road near the huge antique anchor on display. Taxis fill and leave very quickly. We missed 2 while someone in our party was changing in the restrooms.
Blondie70 Posted August 14, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 14, 2016 I've deduced, from various sources, that taxi fair to Coki from port is $10 pp. Is that right? Also, is that $10 pp both ways!? So for two people to get to Coki and back to the ship would be $40? Does it matter price-wise if you use the same driver? Thanks!

O2B@Cagain Posted August 17, 2016 #9 Share Posted August 17, 2016 ... bring goldfish or dog food the fishes will swarm and there are so many different ones not just a bunch of the same one:) PLEASE do not feed the fishies! There are multiple reasons why this is a bad idea. A few: dog food is NOT fish food, feeding them makes them dependent on humans, bringing up fish also brings up bigger things that feed on the fish, etc.
Ms411 Posted August 18, 2016 #10 Share Posted August 18, 2016 The fare per person is $10 each way. Same price for at least 10 years.
