Rare Caroldoll Posted July 9, 2016 #27 Share Posted July 9, 2016 Thanks a million for the pictures. It looks like The Explorer Suite is larger than the Grand Suite? Am I wrong?
towel-animal Posted July 10, 2016 #28 Share Posted July 10, 2016 I am truly loving the opulence and regal look of the ship. So glad they went this route instead of the expected minimalistic, sleek, "white space" look. Stunning beyond words.

Rare Caroldoll Posted July 10, 2016 #33 Share Posted July 10, 2016 I felt slightly disappointed. I thought the Explorer Suite was laid out better.

xrvlcruiser Posted July 10, 2016 #39 Share Posted July 10, 2016 Culinary space: can't wait to see that. Also, I love that it looks like the art is original in all spaces. I know this is an area FDR feel is important. Peggy

Rare Caroldoll Posted July 10, 2016 #42 Share Posted July 10, 2016 The caption did not say Grand Suite??? The shower, although it overlooks the water, round, looks small? Not being critical. Husband might be a sardine in that little shower? Maybe the pictures got mixed up because the one that said Explorer suite, the voices said Penthouse Suite? We are booked once in a Grand and once in an Explorer and anxious to get that sorted out. So many thanks.

cruisereiziger Posted July 10, 2016 Author #48 Share Posted July 10, 2016 Her name is Kathryn Kelly.
Travelcat2 Posted July 10, 2016 #49 Share Posted July 10, 2016 I was also wondering. Chef Kelly is amazing - we had her for two classes when we were on Oceania's Riviera. She was the head chef over the culinary programs (and it is likely that she manages the Culinary Center on the Explorer as well).
farbster Posted July 10, 2016 #50 Share Posted July 10, 2016 We just ate at Pacific rim. I'm not exaggerating, it was one of my best meals ever. The cod was fantastic as was the lobster tempora and omg omg the the Korean lamb chop was beyond fantastic. Omg
