"Luggage Free"

Has anyone used the luggage service PG offers? If so, what did you ship and what are your thoughts on the service and price?

We used Luggage Free for the first time on our recent trip to Alaska (Regent). We're no longer able to haul around big suitcases, so we shipped our large one. All went very well. Not inexpensive, but we felt it was worth the cost.
