What to do in Harvest Caye?

I was wandering what things there are to do in Harvest Caye. Is there a beach with cabanas, is there shopping, are there tours, etc.

Since it won't open until mid-November no one has been there yet.

Evidently there will be cabanas to rent but no one, including NCL reps know the price.

If you search Harvest Caye you will find a couple threads discussing it, one with fairly current photos taken during construction.
