FairlyNewCruiser17 Posted August 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Does anyone know if you can take a reusable water bottle onto NCL ships following their new water bottle policy effective July 2016? Are you allowed to empty it after a port excursion and bring it back on board? Also, are beverages, such as, mocktails, milkshakes, specialty coffees available with the UBP package? On the port excursion for Dubrovnik - Croatian Riviera and Dubrovnik, how much time is allotted to the old town. Are the city walls ticket included in excursion? Thanks, Mina
Sauer-kraut Posted August 20, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 20, 2016 (edited) Does anyone know if you can take a reusable water bottle onto NCL ships following their new water bottle policy effective July 2016? Are you allowed to empty it after a port excursion and bring it back on board? Yes, absolutely! Also, are beverages, such as, mocktails, milkshakes, specialty coffees available with the UBP package? Mocktails and virgin drinks YES, not coffees not water not sure where you'd get a milkshake on board unless its a for fee item in O'sheehans. On the port excursion for Dubrovnik - Croatian Riviera and Dubrovnik, how much time is allotted to the old town. Are the city walls ticket included in excursion? Thanks, Mina Can't help with Dubrovnik but you might be able to do this on your own for a LOT CHEAPER than with the cruise line. Check out the PORTS OF CALL board for Europe, there is a poster in the "Other Mediterranean Ports" who is a resident of Dubrovnik and has very helpful information over there! Rare KeithJenner Posted August 20, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Regarding milkshakes, our son loves a chocolate smoothie. It is chargeable for him, as he only has a soda package of anything, but more often than not we don't get charged for it as the barstaff insist on using our cards and it is covered by the UBP. They are quite nice, although more ice based than a milkshake.
