Has anyone had problems putting in a claim at Geo Blue?

We have been fortunate to have never needed to file a claim. But you might consider that, unlike most travel med policies, GeoBlue has established a physician/hospital network around the world. If one is able to use one of these network providers they bill GeoBlue directly and the patient does not have to cover the charge and later seek reimbursement. If outside the network then it is similar to most policies in that you would have to pay the bill and later file a claim (never fun with any insurer).
