Hello. We are travelling 25 Sept and this will be our first time with Royal. Does anyone know how or if you can pre-book shows or is it first come first served. I am travelling with my elderly mother and she doesn't want to get pushed and shoved. Many thanks

There are no pre-cruise reservations for shows on Freedom.

 

There may or may not be tickets required for the ice show. If so, you will be notified on board.

Thanks. Do they get exceptionally busy and are there generally 2 performances per evening. There was on Celebrity.

Most nights have 2 performances per evening, timed to be convenient for the traditional dining times. The first night usually has one show, between the two dining times.
