Rebels82 Posted September 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2016 I have pre booked shows and dining for the Epic 11/26. They are not showing up on my Booked Items list. Is there a place where pre booked shows and the 2 dining reservations I made show up? Thanks.
HamishHamish Posted September 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2016 (edited) They should appear under your Vacation Summary on your NCL account. Did you confirm the booking when making your choice into your cart? Edited September 14, 2016 by HamishHamish
Rebels82 Posted September 14, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Duh!!!! Thanks! I had put them in the Cart thinking that since they were free I didn't need to do anything else. I didn't finish processing.
KarimaJ Posted September 14, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 14, 2016 I also just prebooked some stuff. How hard is it to change the meal times and shows once on board? If you decide to dine at a different time?
esm54687 Posted September 14, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 14, 2016 I also pre booked dining and entertainment...... received the email confirmations that had the expected reserved time but when I look at the Vacation Summary each item is 30 minutes earlier. I called NCL and they stated that you should go by the reserved time \ confirmation because that is taken directly from the ship and that they sometimes have issues with Vacation Summary properly carrying over the info. HamishHamish Posted September 14, 2016 #6 Share Posted September 14, 2016 The issue with the Vacation Summary showing times being 30 minutes earlier than the time you actually booked has been going on for some time. You would think that if NCL know about the time difference (which they do), they would fix it to ensure that the times on the Vacation Summary are in fact correct

HamishHamish Posted September 14, 2016 #10 Share Posted September 14, 2016 Thank you--it has a zero in that location right now and is grayed out. Which ship are you on? I understand that the entertainment can only be booked on line on the larger ships, e.g, Getaway, Breakaway, Epic etc.
