cruisesR4me Posted September 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Are slip on shoes acceptable (like Go Walks) or must they be lace up?
sharktums Posted September 21, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2016 My daughter wears tight, but no laces Sketchers shoes. On Quantum they made her put on lace shoes and on Anthem they did not! It really depends on the person running your group and if you can show how tight the shoes are on your feet.
Desert Cruizers Posted September 21, 2016 #3 Share Posted September 21, 2016 I thought for a moment we were talking about laced shoes vs non laced for flying. Not having been on Anthem and seeing only videos for the Ifly, I can see why they would want shoes to be on tight.
champagne123 Posted September 21, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Yikes. This means we all have to bring sneakers to wear for "1" minute?
scottygirl Posted September 21, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Are slip on shoes acceptable (like Go Walks) or must they be lace up? On the Anthem in July and those would not have been acceptable. They insisted on lace up shoes. One gal in our group was given a pair of rock climbing shoes I believe. tserface Posted September 21, 2016 #6 Share Posted September 21, 2016 On Anthem they had shoes you could use. Most of the people in our group used the shoes they provided. Kind of like bowling. It is a lot of fun and a really good thing to try at least once. I thought maybe I was too old, but it worked out fine and was much easier than I thought it would be. I'd certainly do it again. Tom Yikes. This means we all have to bring sneakers to wear for "1" minute?

Rare grouchomarx Posted September 21, 2016 #8 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Just make sure if you will borrow their shoes, you have some socks on. They were quite emphatic about that when I was borrowing. I guess without it would super disgusting. And a lot of people are roaming around in warm weather attire, without socks. Just one of those things you might not think of!
