Cozumel on 28th Dec with 4 children advise on what to do pls

Hi we are docking here on 28th Dec with 4 children 14,11,8 & 5. Any advise on what to do pls. We was in Mexico for the same week last year and my children found the pools cold at the hotel and we didn't bother with the beach has it wasn't the best were we was in playa del Carmen.

 

Any advise on were to go and more important does anywhere have heated pools?

Paradise Beach boasts they have the largest heated pool in Cozumel. Heated to 82 degrees in the winter time. I read on another thread it is about $17 each way for 4 passengers in a taxi.
