I have the OBC, the bev package, and the pre-paid grats. I know that the OBC and drink package wont show up on the Celebrity site but when I checked in and got a PDF of the booklet it says No under pre-paid grats. My invoice shows them their. What are experiences with booking through and outside agency and this item? The bev package will show up on the X website if you go to manage my cruise and check in your shopping cart. The gratuities should show up on your original booking with your TA. Call them if you have a question. As far as OBC, you should have gotten a written confirmation from your TA when you booked. It won't show in your booklet or the X website. Call to confirm with your TA. Sometimes the OBC doesn't show up for several days on board, but ours has always been as promised and we use a large online TA that often sponsors X cruises on the CC website. Ours sent a separate "cover" with the cruise ticket booklet attached that spells out what to do if the credit doesn't appear with the proscribed number of days, but we have never had to follow up, since they've always delivered everything they promised. I did call my TA and was told that the prepaid grats wouldnt show up until the cruise....but since this is my first time booking with a TA I really wanted to check with people who have real experiences.
