Amagamma Posted November 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 3, 2016 1st time on Anthem. Pre-booked shows and activities. A little concerned now about NorthStar. Recently saw a post (can't find it now) about making sure you cancel if you are not planning on going to your appointed time because if you don't they will charge your Seapass card $25. Does anyone know how far in advance you would need to cancel to avoid the fee? We both are looking forward to trying it out, but you know, sometimes things happen. Thanks
Biker19 Posted November 3, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2016 I think is it 24hrs for Ripcord and assume it is the same for Northstar.

If in doubt, just cancel and book on board. On the Anthem's Aug. 25, we weren't able to pre-book NorthStar. No problem making reserve on board. You can still go stand by, but I believe the default is to pre book.

Thanks Hi Amagamma :) You need to cancel (12 hours) prior to your reservation for Northstar & RipCord to avoid the $25 no show fee. (See below) Have a terrific voyage! :) Edited November 3, 2016 by PortSideCruzan
jeditden Posted November 3, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 3, 2016 In September, the stateroom TV, and Cruise Calendar both said 24 hours.
