HMC and minors

I am traveling with my 17 and 14 year old kids. They are booked in the cabin next to my wife and I. With Disney Cruise Lines we were able to fill out some paperwork so the kids could come and go to Castaway Cay as they wished.

Does Carnival offer something similar for HMC? We have booked a cabana and the wife and I will be content to stay from beginning to end of day but the kids will probably want to return to the ship earlier.

At their age, last I knew, they were allowed to come and go from the ship without parents. As long as they have their sign and sail card, you don't need to do anything.

Mine have never gotten of without us, but my older has walked my younger back on ahead of us without issue in places like Grand Turk - and my "baby" was 10 or 11 - not even old enough for Circle C.
