Rare pierces Posted November 8, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted November 8, 2016 There are a lot of laws that need to be revisited 100 years after they went on the books. :) Dave
Oakman58 Posted November 8, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 8, 2016 I'm surprised that you're allowed into a poll station to take pictures.Allan It varies from state to state. In my state of MO taking a photo in a polling place is allowed but taking a picture of the ballot is banned.

Oakman58 Posted November 15, 2016 #12 Share Posted November 15, 2016 Flora and Fungi. We’ve had a heavy frost and a couple nights of freezing temperature that past two weeks but one of my petunia plants refuses to quit. This mushroom popped up in my yard too. I have no idea what it is but it's beautiful in an ugly kind of way.
zackiedawg Posted November 15, 2016 #13 Share Posted November 15, 2016 The rockets and the old cars are very cool - nice to see some different stuff like that! Also love the supermoon rising shot - not so lucky around here to be able to shoot the moon near the horizon like that as we're flat as a board and have trees everywhere - we don't see the moon until it's risen at least 30% in the sky. Have some weekend birding and wildlife to share from a lovely Saturday: Big gator having a rest on the shore: Osprey flying by, but clearly noticing me pointing a big black tube at him...he was aware, but not scared: Red-winged blackbird sitting atop a tree: Ibis banking in for a landing, near sunset: Roseate spoonbill flying past at sunset - the blue sky behind really showing off his pink and red hues enhanced by the setting sun:

Rare pierces Posted November 15, 2016 Author #15 Share Posted November 15, 2016 While watching the groups of scouts, various local dance troupes and marching bands pass by at the city's annual Founder's Parade, I (like most people) was easily distracted by something shiny.
