Contact the Royal Antiguan Beach Hotel to ask if they will sell you a day pass for the factiliies required.

Speaking from memory, there are no facilities at Deep Bay. Yes, The Grand Royal Antiguan is close by but that is a strange place that should never have been built. Check out Trip Advisor. The road to Deep Bay is very rough and some taxi drivers won't take you. If you do go and are feeling energetic, climb up to Fort Barrington, the view is fantastic!

Reason I ask is we are looking for a beach with little amount of waves...close to port...may want to snorkel...must have chair rentals and restroom access...deep bay looked like it had calm water and interesting snorkeling
