Re boat musters out on deck in the hear and sun.

I'd take a boat muster out on deck for twenty minutes over than standing out in the midday sun waiting to get into a tender to get back to the ship.

Anyone who cannot take a muster on deck had better think twice about taking a cruise to the Caribbean by tender!

just a footnote to this subject.

I was on Explorer of the seas when it sailed out on NJ. Boarding day saw almost blizzard conditions. As a result, everything was moved indoor for the muster.

Extreme cold and wind was OK out there, but ice and snow was not.

It was fun seeing the pool chairs buried under the snow though.
