Outdoor Dining on Escape

Can you reserve outdoor dining, or is it based on what's available? We have reservations with our speciality dining plan. How and when can we request a outdoor table?

Request when you show up for dinner.

Outdoor dining is available IF it is not too windy and IF it is not too wet. And you will need to judge if it is too hot and humid,,,, we have seen people start out outside and move in after a short while.

As previous posters have said. Get there early. That being said...it's not all that it's cracked up to be. Wind.

We ate outside twice on our Escape cruise. For Cagney's, we got there around 7:00 and had no issues getting outside seating.

At La Cucina, we had a later dinner (after the early show) and we waited a few minutes for an outside table.

We didn't have any issues with the wind, although I can see that being a problem. The outside dining area at La Cucina is deeper, so maybe if you sit closer to the inside, the wind won't be as much of an issue.

We enjoyed eating outside and plan on trying it again on the Getaway.

We did the outside dining for sailaway at LaCucina and sat close to the wall, a little warm but no wind at all and amazing views as we left (and it was quiet so the server even offered to take photos if we wanted to eat).

Thought about doing Cagney's outside but it was WAY too hot that night.

So its a game time decision, just request as conditions warrant.
