You will have a full outward view...you simply won't be able to look directly DOWN to the side of the ship. You will find it a non-issue.

 

Only if your standing up, the top of the lifeboat is slightly lower than the railing. Just a great view of the side of the lifeboat when sitting. The divider between 6620 and 6622 splits the opening between lifeboats.. These cabins are rated 50% to 75% obstructed by RCI.
