How does speciality restaurant promotion work does it just cover the service charge or whole meal ?

The only specialty not covered is Ocean Blur. There is additional charge for this. I think it is 15$.

If you book with NCL UK or through a UK travel agent, the promotion covers the service charge, too. :)

 

As mentioned, if you use the package to eat at a venue that is not fully included (e.g. sushi bar), you will pay the associated discounted cover charge, plus an 18% service charge. (This is valid for both North America and Northern Ireland :D)

Everyone should read the T/C's. There are several places that have additional charges and some eateries/special meals that are not covered.
