Does anyone have a price list for the Lotus Spa?

I didn't notice prices in the brochure. I did remember a thread about this a few weeks ago, so I did some checking. (darn search feature ) Anyway, I found the old thread on page 40 about Spa prices. Check for Princess Di's very thorough posts. Good Luck!

Ahh, I didn't look that far. Thought maybe they might not want to publish the prices!

They provide eucalyptus shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the staterooms. We loved it and stopped by the spa to purchase some. We were told that it wasn't for sale but to watch the Princess website and hopefully soon it would be available on the website? So far, I can't find anything. If any of you can check on this while on board during future cruises and then post info on it when you get back, it would very much be appreciated.

Does this brochure apply to any ships other than the Diamond and the Sapphire? I am interested in spa treatments and prices on the Golden as I will be sailing on her in July for my honeymoon- specifically are there "couples" treatments?

The brochure in the PDF file on the Princess site is as it says, unique to the Princess-operated spas on Caribbean Princess and Sapphire Princess.

 

The spas on the other Princess ships are operated by Steiner and have their own set of treatments. On the Princess ships, they are still called Lotus Spas (like the Princess-operated ones) and do some things that are supposedly unique to the Princess ships as opposed to what Steiner does on the other cruise lines. You can get kind of general overview of the Steiner product on the Steiner website at www.steinerleisure.com

Just off the Diamond - Spa prices averaged around $100-$150. Best time to sign up is 1st day as they give a discount. Also discounts on Port days. The Diamond Princess fitness area also had a Chakra capsule which was reasonable and very relaxing to lay in for a 1/2 hour to an hour. The ships usually have Spa tours on the 1st few hours after boarding. That is a good opportunity to get a review of all the services the ship provides -- along with promotions.

There are 5 basic menus: Salon, Body Treatments, Massage, and Facials, plus the Gym-type classes, some complimentary and others, fee-based.

You can book on line on the Cruise Personalizer, just like reserving ShorEx, or you can call 800-princes and ask for a Spa Reservationist. They are very knowledgeable and can tell you more about the treatments. These menus are for Caribbean & Sapphire.
