Should have used a "real" TA

I booked a cruise through an on-line travel auction and used the "buy it now" feature to purchase the trip back in June. The cruise is not until next year, but I have now found out that I could have booked the same cruise for $200 less had I booked now. I have emailed and finally talked to a real person at the on-line travel agency and they basically told me, "too bad." There is nothing I can do and have to paid the agreed upon price. I thought they would have at least gave me some credit. So be cautious when booking and some "good deals" turn-out to be not so good. This is a big company and they could care less about the customer.
